At A&P Stores Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before dispatch for a full refund. Cancellations after dispatch may qualify for a partial refund depending on the condition of the goods.

3. Free Rescheduling

Delivery dates can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the original delivery date.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Perishable items that have already been dispatched cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or spoiled. Custom orders that have already been prepared may be subject to a restocking fee rather than a full refund.
